Book Your AppointmentWhat We Treat
Conditions we treat at our Goregaon West clinic
Most people come to us after living with a problem for months or years. These are the ones we see most often. Treatment usually combines Panchakarma, herbal medicine and changes to diet and routine, and the plan differs from person to person.
Autoimmune Diseases & Psoriasis
A special interest of Dr. Tirth. We plan these cases individually, using Panchakarma, internal medicines and diet, and adjust as you respond.
Spine, Knee Arthritis & Gout
Lower back pain, cervical and lumbar spondylosis, disc problems, stiff knees and uric acid pain. Procedures are chosen according to where the pain sits and what is causing it.
Infertility & PCOD
For both men and women. We look at cycles, PCOD, digestion, stress and lifestyle before planning treatment.
Menopausal Symptoms
Hot flashes, mood swings and broken sleep around menopause, treated with medicines, diet and routine.
Diabetes, Thyroid & Obesity
Medicines plus a diet plan that fits your day. For weight loss, that can be as simple as a two-meal routine.
Skin, Hair & Chronic Allergies
Rashes that return every season, hair fall and allergies that have stayed for years.
Mental Well-being & Counselling
Dr. Neha's area of interest. Stress, anxiety and low mood are treated with counselling, therapies such as Shirodhara and a steadier daily routine (dinacharya).
Gut Health
Bloating, acidity, irregular bowels and poor appetite. In Ayurveda this starts with correcting agni, your digestive fire.
Children's Immunity
Gentle care for children who keep catching cough and cold.
Panchakarma Therapy
Panchakarma treatment in Goregaon West
Panchakarma means "five actions". These are five classical cleansing procedures, and they are done in three stages: you prepare, you go through the procedures, and you recover. You won't need all five. Your doctor picks what suits your condition, your constitution and the season.
Stage One
Purva Karma
Getting the body ready. Medicated oils (Snehana) and steam (Swedana) loosen what needs to be cleared and move it toward the gut.
Stage Two
Pradhana Karma
The main treatment. This is where the five actions happen: Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya and Raktamokshana.
Stage Three
Paschat Karma
Getting your strength back. A step-by-step diet (Samsarjana Krama) and rejuvenating medicines (Rasayana) help the results last.
Stage two: the five actions
So there are three stages in all, and these five procedures sit inside the second one.
Vamana
Therapeutic EmesisSupervised, medicine-induced vomiting to clear excess Kapha from the chest and stomach.
Virechana
PurgationA controlled herbal purge that clears excess Pitta from the liver and gut.
Basti
Medicated EnemaHerbal decoctions and oils given as an enema. This is the main treatment for Vata problems, including many joint and nerve complaints.
Nasya
Nasal TherapyMedicated oils or powders put into the nostrils for complaints of the head, sinuses and neck.
Raktamokshana
BloodlettingA small, selective procedure to remove impure blood, used for certain skin and Pitta conditions.
Supportive Therapies
Therapies you can also take on their own
These are separate from the five actions. Some prepare the body for Panchakarma, and many patients book them as individual sessions. We offer 36 therapies in all for men and women, including Potli Swed, Takradhara and steam therapy.
Full body massage with warm medicated oil
Warm herbal oil is worked into the body, with attention to the marma points. It is also the usual first step before Panchakarma.
Warm oil poured over the forehead
A slow, steady stream of medicated oil falls on the forehead from the brass Dhara vessel. We use it for anxiety, poor sleep, migraines and stress.
Dry herbal powder massage
A brisk upward massage with medicated powders. It helps reduce Kapha and is often used for weight management and skin texture.
Understanding Ayurveda
Why two patients with the same illness get different treatment
Ayurveda looks at three doshas, Vata, Pitta and Kapha, which every person carries in their own proportion. When one or more of them go out of balance, symptoms follow.
So we start by working out your prakriti (natural constitution) and vikriti (current imbalance). That is why two people with the same complaint can leave our clinic with different medicines, diets and routines.
Vata
Air and space. Movement, nerves and joints.
Pitta
Fire and water. Digestion, metabolism and body heat.
Kapha
Earth and water. Structure, immunity and stability.

Frequently Asked
Before your first visit
What is Panchakarma, in simple terms? +
A set of Ayurvedic cleansing procedures that clear built-up toxins and bring the doshas back into balance. Not everyone needs every procedure, so your doctor will plan only what your condition calls for.
Is Ayurvedic treatment safe alongside my current medication? +
Bring your prescriptions and reports to the first consultation. Your doctor will go through your current medicines before suggesting any Ayurvedic medicine or therapy.
How many sittings does a Panchakarma course usually need? +
It depends on the condition and your constitution. Some people improve after a short course, while older problems need longer, staged treatment. You'll get a clearer answer at your consultation.
Do you offer online consultations? +
Yes. If you live outside Mumbai, you can consult our doctors online for diagnosis, diet advice and herbal medicines. Procedures such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara and Basti can only be done at the clinic in Goregaon West.
What should I bring to my first appointment? +
Recent lab reports, scans, your current prescriptions and a rough idea of when the problem started.
Do you treat both men and women? +
Yes. Panchakarma, Abhyanga, Shirodhara and our other therapies are available for men and women.
